Before You Begin

Make sure you have these prerequisites ready before starting any integration setup.

  • HTTPS Domain — Your CRM must be hosted on a secure HTTPS domain. All OAuth callbacks and webhooks require SSL.
  • CRM Admin Access — You need administrator-level access to the CRM dashboard to configure API keys and connect accounts.
  • Developer Portal Accounts — Create accounts on the relevant developer portals (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google) before proceeding.
  • Privacy Policy & Terms URLs — Most platforms require publicly accessible Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages.
  • Platform Admin Access — You must have admin access to the Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Company Pages, or other accounts you wish to connect.
Tip: Keep a text file handy to save all your API keys, Client IDs, Client Secrets, callback URLs, and webhook URLs as you generate them. You will need to paste them in multiple places.
